Utterly brilliant, and this song is a highlight amongst highlights!
La diva Milva sings the daylights out of this swooning ballad - soaked in a downpour of strings, acoustic guitars and sci-fi background vocals.
I guarantee your heart will break in twenty-nine places as you listen.
(But I do have to ask - does anybody out there know from what soundtrack this songs originates?)

This is one amazing album, check out the maestros collaboration with Mireille Mathieu (Mireille Mathieu chante Ennio Morricone from 1974) as well if you haven't done that already, it's equally impressive emotionally. this song, if you've never heard it, takes time to grow on you... listen to it, ignore the fact that you think it sounds like stone temple pilots, let it germinate in your mind... i promise you won't be dissappointed.
ps. it's also one of those songs that is made better by seeing the video.
great music for a party

The other stuff is kinda slow. In retrospect I have to wonder if they really wrote it... but yes, a very good song. 10 Nov 05 ·SCOTTYFONTANA: Quite possibly one of the all time classic rock tunes. Definately in my top 40. Too bad most folks have never even heard this one.
Xavier Rudd is Australian, or well, Canadian but raised in Australia, or something, when first hearing him and all his Aboriginee instruments, we all thought he had to be aboriginal himself, even his accent was convincing, we were sorely mistaken. even still, all his songs have a good solid beat and he is essentially a one man band, amazing stuff. this song is nice and bouncy and great stuff, especially as an introductory song to all his other creations.
