Reminiscent of garage band struggles, all who picked up a guitar in school in hopes of making it big. For those who make it big, hundreds - no, thousands - of bands are still waiting to be heard.

This song was written because Billy Joel heard a little kid say that he felt sorry for the older generation because they didn't live through anything big. We Didn't Start the Fire totally disproves this fact, in the meantime creating a fantastic song.
