Although I love almost all jazz, I would have to say early music is my thing. Anything from the 1920's to the 1950's mainly. Female vocalists from the big band era I'm obsessed with. Ivie Anderson, has to be my absolute favorite. Recently I've also gotten into French music from the 20's, 30's,& 40's. Mistinguett and Berthe Sylva are among my favorites. There isn't too much of this on this website, but hopefully people won't mind a few suggestions of this type of music.
