I'll give anything strange a chance. The odds are some wierdness will emanate to enrich my world...well, half the time anyways. A little punk and a little exotica form my musical taste today. I sang in the glee club in high school (not my idea-my mom's) - Ray Conniff and other choruses can do some killer stuff it seems to me, though years had to elapse before I saw it that way. I was in Minneapolis when punk & new wave came out. And though I was raised on Ray Conniff, and KISS might as well have been Communists, punk sounded pretty great, not to mention it's danceability. Mpls produced Husker Du & the Replacements. The Fall and Jam are among my favorites.I've created my own sound pieces from LPs, and these days I'm exploring more EZ sounds, along with machine sound effects and sound library music, Christian rock & black gospel.
